работа с OMB+ из консоли запуск и подключение Oracle warehouse Builder

I am running below command but getting error.

OMBCONNECT rep_owner/rep_owner@pc-pc:1521:dev USE REPOSITORY 'REP_OWNER' USE MULTIPLE_USER_MODE

OMBDISCONNECT

ERR.. OMB01001: Not connected to repository.

kindly help me ...
